Sherrard Area Veterans Memorial Dedication Ceremony

VA Memorial: The dedication ceremony for the Sherrard Area Veteran’s Memorial (located in Sherrard across from the Post Office) is planned for Sunday, September 10th at 2:00pm. There will also be a band playing from 1:00 to 2:00 if anyone wants to come early. The ceremony will begin at 2:00 and following the dedication, the band will again play until 5:00. They plan to have water, soft drinks, and food available at the park. Everyone is invited to attend and urged to bring lawn chairs!!
