SUMMARY:Annual Election + Voting Judges Needed
DESCRIPTION:Members\, \nThe annual meeting and election will be held April 5\, 2023 at the Sherrard Fire Station [at 7:30pm until finished]. There are two terms ending this year – those of Nick Sim and Sam Hergert. If you would like to be considered for one of these seats on the board\, please submit your resume\, including why you would be a good candidate for the position\, by mail\, to P.O. Box 398\, Sherrard\, IL 61281. Your resume must be received by February 28th for your name to appear on the ballot. To qualify for a position on the board\, you must be a member in good standing\, i.e.\, no outstanding balance for dues or garbage. \nAlso\, I need three or four volunteers to act as voting judges for the upcoming annual election. Voting judges must be available to arrive at the Sherrard Fire Station at 5:30pm on the evening of the annual meeting to tally votes. If you would like to help\, please let me know. \nThanks!\nRachel
